Each fall, the Saratoga Builders Association showcases the area's finest homes built by some of the Capital Region's best home builders and designers. Go on a self-guided tour of the beautiful homes over the course of two weekends.

Two story home includes three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The master suite has a spacious 255 square foot walk-in closet, 8’ double-sink vanity, ceramic tile walk-in shower with digital shower controls, and private balcony overlooking the backyard. First floor ceilings are 9’ tall with decorative painted beam accents in the living space. Exterior finishes include Royal Market Square lap siding, shakes, board and batten and Owens Corning architectural shingles.

Once again this year, each showcase ticket holder will receive a FREE shoe/tote bag at the first home visited. Each year, approximately 4,000 tickets are sold for the area's premiere new home tour and each ticket holder is eligible to enter a drawing for prizes and gift certificates donated by local businesses. In addition, this year featured a “Women in Trades” shed build on the first Saturday of the event, where 9th and 10th grade female student teams from six area high schools built six 4×8-foot lean-to sheds. The schools were Corinth, Greenwich, Northville, Mechanicville, Schuylerville and Stillwater. The sheds were sponsored by CTE/BOCES, Curtis Lumber, DA Collins Companies, Hoosick Valley Contractors, LeChase, Teakwood Builders, United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Whitbeck Construction and Witt Construction. This year’s awards were announced at the a presentation and celebration event held on Oct. 19.
A 24-year-old Saratoga Springs tradition is going to look a little different this fall, thanks to the COVID-19 crisis. Upon arrival at your first stop, you’ll be given a free tote bag (it doesn’t matter which home you begin your tour at). Visitors will also be able to vote for their favorite houses using ballot boxes located at the showcase homes. Over the past 25 years, the Saratoga Builders Association has donated over $1.4 million dollars to local community charities through the Saratoga Showcase of Homes. By attending the event, you'll be supporting this important group and, by extension, the entire local building industry. 99 Woodlawn APT 3 is a rare opportunity to secure an incredible space.

But while this year’s Showcase won’t be exactly what fans of the tour are used to, they can rest assured that next year’s will be bigger and better than ever. “We’re planning lots of festivities for our 25th next year,” Potoker says. Could that include a revival of the popular Taste of Showcase, which features food and drink samples at the featured homes on the Friday before the show begins? Saratoga Showcase of Homes Reimagined as a TV Special The one-hour special will air on CBS' local affiliate six times this fall. Planning is underway for the 2019 Saratoga Showcase of Homes. During three consecutive weekends in September, the annual showcase will feature 11 homes from some of the region's finest builders. Now celebrating its 25th year, this annual community fundraiser has contributed over $1.3 million dollars to local charities. Over the past 25 years, this community event has contributed over $1.4 million dollars to two local charities, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County, and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
