There are 150 residents there and I don't think they're getting the proper care that they should be because there are so many people there. They have two people to a room and you have to get along with your roommate. The nurses have forgotten to come down to give my mom a shower a couple of times. They have activities every week like Bingo, manicures, and trivia, but they don't get out and get a lot of the residents to come down and join in.

I never would have someone living in the filth , where they had to eat and sleep and breathe that toxic enviroment. I witnessed residents getting yelled at, that brought residents to tears.
